Orexus Tower is one of our favorite investments. In 2017 a new and well-reputable developer “Bani Group” took over the project and ever since then the project has been moving forward. The developer now has completed the exterior facade of the building and is expected to be handing over keys before the new year. Completion date: December 2019. This magnificent project is home to a total area of 15020. 4sqm with 22 floors and 220 units sized from 50 sqm to 150 sqm. Oh that’s just the residential part.
